The invention discloses a production and manufacturing process of novel artificial stone, which comprises the steps of: 1, preparing raw materials: sequentially preparing citric acid, water-soluble resin and metakaolinite powder according to a ratio of (3-5): (10-20): 100, and respectively placing the citric acid, the water-soluble resin and the metakaolinite powder for later use; and 2, stirring the raw materials: sequentially adding the raw materials prepared in the step 1 into a vertical stirrer, stirring well, and adding a proper amount of water while stirring. The production and manufacturing process has the beneficial effects that the stone is prepared by matching dehydrated and oxidized metakaolinite, water-soluble melamine resin and citric acid, so that the prepared stone has relatively high strength; and meanwhile, water is used for replacing an organic solvent to stir the stone raw materials in the preparation process, the toxic effect of the organic solvent on the human body in the stone production process is effectively avoided, the safety of stone preparation is improved, the stone preparation cost is reduced, and the method is economical and practical.
本发明公开了一种新型人造石材的生产制造工艺,步骤1:原料准备,按照(3‑5):(10‑20):100的比列来依次准备柠檬酸、水溶性树脂以及偏高领石粉,并将柠檬酸、水溶性树脂以及偏高领石粉分别放置,备用;步骤2:原料搅拌,将步骤1中所准备的各原料依次加入到立式搅拌机内,进行均匀搅拌,并在搅拌的同时加入适量的水。有益效果在于:本发明通过采用脱水氧化后的偏高岭石、水溶性密胺树脂与柠檬酸配合来制备石材,使得制备后的石材具有较高的强度,同时在制备过程中用水代替有机溶剂来对石材原料进行搅拌,有效避免了石材生产过程中有机溶剂对人体的毒害作用,提高了石材制备的安全性,降低了石材制备成本,经济实用。
