High-strength and high-ductility concrete
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, and discloses a high-strength and high-ductility concrete. The concrete comprises, by weight, 40-50 parts of cement, 45-55 parts of quartz sand, 30-45 parts of fly ash, 35-65 parts of mineral powder, 0.5-1.5 parts of a water reducing agent, 3-9 parts of steel fibers, 2-5 parts of PVA fibers, 30-45 parts of water and the like. According to the high-strength and high-ductility concrete, the steel fibers are added, the steel fibers are high in tensile strength and toughness, a proper amount of steel fibers are doped in the concrete, the steel fibers are distributed in the concrete in a disordered mode, and an irregular net-shaped structure is formed, so that the tensile strength and the breaking strength of the concrete are remarkably improved, and the toughness and the impact strength of the concrete are greatly improved; and the PVA fibers are added, the PVA fibers have high elastic modulus, good acid and alkali resistance, high hydrophilic performance and high tensile strength, the toughness and impact strength of the concrete are further improved by doping the PVA fibers, the hybrid fibers of the PVA fibers and the steel fibers can generate a synergistic enhancement effect, and the strength and ductility of the concrete are improved.
