The invention relates to a highway subgrade pavement flatness detection device. The device comprises a flatness ruler body, a detection rod, a laser emitting platform, a laser receiving platform, a ruler sleeve, a laser emitting sliding block, a calibrated scale, a laser receiving plate, a buzzer and the like. The array type detection rod and the flatness ruler body move relatively under the gravity so that the height position of the wing plate at the top of the detection rod is consistent with the flatness change of the detection surface, the laser signal is emitted through the laser emission sliding block, the sliding block is pushed to move from bottom to top, and the lower edge position of the lowest wing plate is searched; after the position of the lower edge of the lowest wing plate is determined through the sound change of the buzzer, the scale reading of the scale pointer on the graduated scale is recorded, the purpose of finding the maximum gap height between the flatness ruler body and the detection surface is achieved, and meanwhile, a flatness curve formed by the wing plate at the upper part of the detection rod can be observed and qualitatively judged. 本发明涉及一种公路路基路面平整度检测装置。其包括平整度尺身、检测杆、激光发射平台、激光接收平台、尺套、激光发射滑块、刻度尺、激光接收板、蜂鸣器等。本发明通过阵列式检测杆与平整度尺身在重力下相对运动,使检测杆顶部翼板高度位置与检测面平整度变化一致,通过激光发射滑块发射激光信号,并推动滑块从下到上移动,搜寻最低翼板下缘位置,通过蜂鸣器声响变化确定最低翼板下缘位置后,记录刻度指针在刻度尺上的刻度读数,达到找寻平整度尺身与检测面最大间隙高度的目的,同时可对检测杆上部翼板形成的平整度曲线进行观察及定性判定。本装置携带方便、检测快速、数据精准、使用简便、降低了检测人员劳动强度、提高了检测效率、易推广。
