The invention provides a multi-protection concrete composite bridge which comprises a steel beam and a concrete bridge plate, the concrete bridge plate is arranged on the steel beam, a plate hole is formed in the concrete bridge plate, a connector is arranged in the plate hole, and the steel beam and the concrete bridge plate are connected in a shearing mode through the connector; the connector comprises a bolt, a flat plate bag and plugs symmetrically arranged on the flat plate bag, the lower portion of the bolt is fixedly connected with the steel beam, the bolt penetrates through the plugs, the plugs are located in the flat plate bag, the flat plate bag is located in the plate hole, and the upper end of the bolt is fixedly connected with an upper hexagon nut. The invention further provides a manufacturing method of the multi-protection concrete composite bridge. Connection between the concrete bridge plate and the steel beam is improved, and then the service life is prolonged.
