The invention relates to an adjustable beam bottom wedge-shaped device and a beam body installation technology. The device comprises a pre-embedded assembly arranged in a precast beam and an abutting assembly used for making contact with a support, and the abutting assembly is arranged on the pre-embedded assembly; the abutting assembly is provided with a distance adjusting assembly used for adjusting the distance between the abutting assembly and the pre-embedded assembly. The adjustable beam bottom wedge-shaped device has the advantages that horizontal pressure bearing and vertical force transmission of the support are guaranteed, the hidden danger of plane creeping caused by inclination of the support or a beam body is eliminated, and bias pressure of the support is avoided; the beam body mounting gradient and erection elevation of the fabricated bridge in the mounting process can be adjusted, the counter-force of each support can be adjusted, the support can be prevented from disengaging, it is ensured that the actual pressure value borne by the support is consistent with the design value, the possibility of local damage to the fabricated bridge can be reduced, and the construction quality of the bridge can be improved; and therefore, the maintenance cost of the fabricated bridge in the operation period is reduced, and good social and economic benefits are achieved.
