Box-type bridge drain hole structure
The invention discloses a box-type bridge drain hole structure which comprises a drain hole, a dripping ring, an annular sponge and a cover plate, the drain hole is an open hole in a bottom plate of a box-type bridge, the annular sponge is arranged on the bottom plate of the box-type bridge and covers the whole drain hole, and the cover plate covers the top of the annular sponge; the dripping ring surrounds the drain hole and is welded to the bottom of the steel box girder bottom plate, or the dripping ring is installed on the inner side of the drain hole, and the annular sponge covers the dripping ring. Inside and outside communication of the box girder is guaranteed, and water accumulated in the box can flow out of the box-type bridge through sponge gaps and drainage holes; the inside and the outside of the box-type bridge are communicated through sponge gaps, and sponges are compressed by self weight of the steel cover plate, so that porosity is greatly reduced, circulation of inside and outside air is greatly weakened, and outside wet air is prevented from entering the box to form condensate water; when water enters the box-type bridge and flows out through the water drainage holes, the developing agent can change the color of the sponge to form an effective mark which indicates that water leaks in the box bridge, and later-period timely maintenance and repair are facilitated.
本发明公开了一种箱型桥梁泄水孔构造,包括泄水孔、滴水环、环形海绵和盖板,泄水孔为箱型桥梁底板上的开孔,环形海绵置于箱型桥梁底板上且覆盖整个泄水孔,盖板覆盖于环形海绵的顶部;滴水环环绕泄水孔焊接于钢箱梁底板的底部,或者,滴水环安装于泄水孔的内侧且环形海绵覆盖滴水环。本发明保证箱梁内外连通,一旦箱内积水,能够流经海绵缝隙、泄水孔流出箱型桥梁;箱型桥梁内外通过海绵缝隙连通,海绵由于被钢盖板自重压缩,孔隙率大大减少,大幅度减弱了内外空气的流通,防止外部湿空气进入箱内形成冷凝水;箱型桥梁内进水并通过泄水孔流出时,显影剂能够将海绵变色,形成有效的标记,说明箱梁内部漏水,便于后期及时养护维修。
