The invention discloses a pile wall cofferdam bridge anti-collision system filled with an energy-consuming material, which comprises a cofferdam body, wherein the cofferdam body comprises a plurality of unit bodies which are tightly arranged on the periphery of a pier bearing platform in a surrounding manner, every two adjacent unit bodies are connected with each other, and a gap is reserved between the cofferdam body and the pier bearing platform; and an energy consumption filler is arranged in a gap between the cofferdam body and the pier bearing platform. The bridge anti-collision system can be applied to different bridge anti-collision fields, has higher energy absorption performance, hardly occupies extra area, is convenient to repair, and is low in permanent and temporary combination cost.
