Integrated leaf suction machine
The invention provides an integrated leaf suction machine. The integrated leaf suction machine comprises a frame, the frame is provided with a driving part and a storage part, the two sides of the driving part are each provided with a sweeping device, each storage part is provided with a storage box, each storage box is provided with a feeding part and a collecting part, the bottom of each feeding part is provided with a leaf inlet, and each leaf inlet is provided with one end of a feeding sleeve; the other end of each feeding sleeve is connected with an air blower, each air blower is connected with one end of a material guide pipe, a material receiving barrel is arranged in each collecting part, and each material receiving barrel is fixedly connected with the corresponding collecting part through a locking assembly; an air outlet is formed right above each material receiving barrel; and a filter screen is arranged between the air outlet and the corresponding material receiving barrel. A water tank is matched with dust and fallen leaves, secondary pollution caused by gas ejection is reduced, meanwhile, the driving device is matched with the feeding sleeve, the position of the feeding sleeve is controlled, and therefore when the leaf suction machine works, the feeding sleeve is attached to the ground and moves upwards to be separated from the ground, the collision phenomenon is reduced, and the leaf suction effect is improved.
本发明一种一体式吸叶机,包括:车架,车架设有一驱动部以及一收纳部,驱动部的两侧设有均设有一清扫装置,收纳部设有一收纳箱,收纳箱设有一进料部以及一收料部,进料部底部设有一进叶口,进叶口设有一入料套筒的一端,入料套筒的另一端连接有一鼓风机,鼓风机连接有一导料管的一端,收料部内设有一收料筒,收料筒通过一锁止组件与收料部固定连接;收料筒的正上方设有一出风口,出风口与收料筒之间设有一过滤网。通过水箱与灰尘以及落叶配合,减小气体喷出带来的二次污染,同时通过驱动装置与入料套筒配合,控制入料套筒的位置,从而实现吸叶机工作时入料套筒与地面贴合,入料套筒上行脱离地面,减小磕碰的现象,提高吸叶效果。
