The invention provides a bottom plate reinforcing joint with an embedded support and a construction method thereof. The bottom plate reinforcing joint comprises a bottom plate, a supporting beam and a hidden beam, wherein the bottom plate is arranged in a flat pit, a shallow pit and a deep pit in a layered mode, and the bottom plate is provided with a slope section which obliquely extends upwards relative to the position of the deep pit; the supporting beam is arranged at the position of the shallow pit, and the slope section extends to the bottom of the supporting beam; and the hidden beam extends towards the position of the deep pit along the bottom plate at the position of the flat pit, and the extending position of the hidden beam corresponds to the position of the slope section, so that the bottom plate and the supporting beam are connected into a whole.
