The invention provides a half-pile supporting structure for excavation of a shallow foundation pit above an underground structure floor system and a construction method. The half-pile supporting structure comprises fender posts, half piles and the underground structure floor system, wherein the half piles are arranged above the soil facing sides of the fender piles, and the fender piles and the half piles form a retaining wall structure needed by excavation of the shallow foundation pit above the underground structure floor system; the underground structure floor system is arranged above the fender posts and is located on one side of the half piles; and waterproof layers are arranged above the underground structure floor system, between the underground structure floor system and the fender posts and between the underground structure floor system and the half piles. The half-pile supporting structure has the advantages of the simple structure, reasonable design and convenience in use, the excavation protection problem of the shallow foundation pit above the underground structure floor system constructed with a cover-excavation method is solved, the excavation procedure of the shallow foundation pit above the underground structure floor system is optimized, and full-wrapping water prevention at the lap joint of the underground structure floor system is achieved, so that the construction period is shortened, the construction cost of the foundation pit is reduced, and the structural durability is guaranteed.
