The pressure-bearing precipitation well plugging device comprises a drainage component and a grouting component, wherein the drainage component comprises a connecting pipe and a drainage pipe, one end of the drainage pipe is connected with the side wall of the connecting pipe, the grouting component comprises a grouting pipe and a connecting plate, the connecting plate is connected with one end of the connecting pipe, and the grouting pipe penetrates through the connecting plate and extends into the connecting pipe. The problem of water burst of the pressure-bearing precipitation well can be solved.
