Through the arrangement of a floating plate, a floating ring and a cam limiting rod, when water is accumulated on the road surface due to more rain, the accumulated water enables the floating plate to ascend under the action of buoyancy, so that the drainage of the accumulated water on the road surface can be accelerated; meanwhile, a supporting rod can be driven to ascend synchronously in the ascending process of the floating plate, so that a rotating body rotates by a quarter of a circumference, and a connecting rod is propped against the protruding part of the side surface of a cam; and an ejector rod is ejected out, so that the limiting rod slides towards the inner side, a through hole coincides with a through hole, a large amount of accumulated water entering from a water inlet can be discharged, the problems that the drainage efficiency is low and the speed is low due to the fact that only a lower drainage hole is used for drainage are solved, and normal passage of people is ensured.
