By arranging the clamping conveying mechanisms, the clamping sealing mechanism, the fixing table, a screw rod, a convex groove, a positioning column, the clamping fixing rods and a fifth motor and through the cooperation of the parts, assembly and sealing between a conveying pipe and a bilge well body can be automatically achieved, the complexity of bilge well construction is reduced, and labor force is effectively reduced.
