The invention discloses a TPO waterproof roll non-perforation fixing method. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps that a, a plurality of round fixing steel plates and screws are provided; b, a TPO waterproof roll is arranged on the outermost layer of the roof and laid on the round fixing steel plates, and the round fixing steel plate is in hot melting non-penetrating connection with the TPO waterproof roll through special induction type hot melting equipment; and c, a plurality of screws with the diameter phi being 4 mm and the length being 120 mm are provided, the screws are nailed into the centers of the round fixing steel plates, the round fixing steel plates are fixed to the wave crest of profiled steel plates, the longitudinal and transverse distance of the screws is 600 mm * 600 mm, and non-perforation fixing of the TPO waterproof roll is completed. The TPO waterproof roll non-perforation fixing method has the advantages that the roll is fixed without perforation, the roof leakage rate is low, the follow-up maintenance rate is low, economic benefits and social benefits are remarkable, and the TPO roll is firmly fixed with the roof purlines of the plant main body structure through the round fixing steel plates.
