The invention discloses an elastic inserting assembly of a decorative plate, a decorative plate structure and a machining method, relates to the technical field of building decoration, and aims to solve the problem that an installation assembly is exposed in the installation process of a decorative plate without grooving the decorative plate. The elastic inserting assembly of the decorative plate comprises a fixing component and an inserting component; the two opposite ends of the fixing component are used for being fixedly attached to a side wall and a first decorative plate separately; the elastic inserting assembly further comprises an inserting groove and an elastic section, wherein the elastic section is located in the inserting groove, one end of the elastic section is connected with the side wall of the inserting groove, the other end of the elastic section bends and extends towards the bottom wall of the inserting groove and the other opposite side wall of the inserting groove, and an inserting opening of the inserting groove is formed in the other opposite side wall close to the inserting groove; the inserting component is used for being fixedly attached to a second decorative plate; and the elastic inserting assembly further comprises an inserting section which is inserted and fixed into the inserting groove through the inserting opening. The elastic inserting assembly of the decorative plate, the decorative plate structure and the machining method are used for decoration of indoor side walls.
