The invention discloses an external shear wall steel pipe formwork integral hoisting installation construction method. The construction method comprises the following steps: 1, fixing formwork square timbers by using steel nails, specifically, leveling and hardening a site within the hoisting radius of a tower crane for assembly, and fixing the square timbers on a formwork by using the steel nails; 2, fixing the outer sides of steel pipes into a whole by using iron wires, specifically, fixing the square timbers on the formwork by using the steel nails, fixing the steel pipes on the square timbers by using fasteners, and firmly binding the steel pipes by using the iron wires, so that the formwork, the square timbers and the steel pipes are integrated into a whole; and 3, performing field measurement and setting out on the outer wall, specifically, snapping an outer wall side line according to the axis, and rechecking the outer side line. The construction method aims to solve the problems that the later outer wall plastering thickness is directly influenced, the cost input of cement and sand is increased and the like because the perpendicularity of an outer side shear wall is not well controlled and an upper joint and a lower joint are not flatly controlled due to traditional formwork construction.
