By starting a driving motor, the output end of the driving motor drives a first gear to rotate, due to the fact that the rotating first gear is connected with a second gear in a meshed manner, the second gear and a third rotate rotate, due to the fact that the third gear is in meshed connection with a fourth gear, so that a fifth gear is driven to rotate through a sleeve rod, a sixth gear is in meshed connection with the fifth gear, so that a first rotating shaft is driven to rotate through the sixth gear, and the rotating speed of the driving motor is reduced through meshed connection between the multiple layers of gears; and the normal rotating speed required during unlocking is achieved.
