The invention discloses a hinge device capable of preventing a door seal from being clamped. The device comprises a hinge, a sleeve and a shaft sleeve. The hinge is composed of a hinge body and a hinge shaft, the hinge body comprises a vertical part and a horizontal part, and the hinge shaft is arranged at the end, away from the vertical part, of the horizontal part; and limiting bosses are arranged on the hinge shaft, and the bosses are arranged in an upper layer and a lower layer. A self-locking mechanism and an eccentric mechanism are arranged on the shaft sleeve, one end of the eccentric mechanism is connected with the shaft sleeve, and the other end of the eccentric mechanism is connected with the self-locking mechanism; the sleeve is arranged outside the upper-layer boss of the hinge shaft; a refrigerator is provided with at least one hinge device for preventing the door seal from being clamped; according to the hinge device capable of preventing the door seal from being clamped, the bosses are arranged on the hinge shaft, and the eccentric mechanism is arranged in the shaft sleeve, so that short-distance displacement of the axis occurs in the rotating movement process of a door body, and the problem of door seal clamping is avoided; and the hinge device is arranged in the door body, is hidden and invisible, and has no influence on the appearance of the refrigerator.
