The invention provides leveling equipment and a leveling device thereof. The leveling device comprises a spiral leveling mechanism and a vibration leveling mechanism which are sequentially arranged front and back in the construction walking direction. The spiral leveling mechanism comprises a left-handed spiral device and a right-handed spiral device which are arranged on the left side and the right side of the construction walking direction side by side, and the left-handed spiral device and the right-handed spiral device are both connected with a driving motor, can be driven by the driving motor to synchronously rotate and are used for preliminarily leveling concrete and expelling redundant concrete away from a construction area along the left side and the right side. The vibration leveling mechanism comprises a vibration motor and a leveling plate which is driven by the vibration motor to vibrate and act on the concrete constructed by the spiral leveling mechanism.
