The anti-impact protection structure capable of being rapidly constructed comprises a plurality of protection layer units which are arranged in the width direction of a cofferdam, and each protection layer unit is of a locally-rigid and integrally-flexible structure formed by sequentially connecting a plurality of rigid plates through a flexible connecting structure; and the rigid plates, close to the cofferdam foot, of the protection layer units are fixedly connected with a covering layer through a plurality of connecting steel pipes, and the other ends of the protection layer units are free ends. The anti-impact protection structure has the self-repairing function after the covering layer deforms, the treatment method is simple, the construction time is short, and the work amount is small.
