The invention relates to a slurry siphoning device and a using method. The device is composed of a stirring barrel, a slurry inlet, a filter element, a first L-shaped bent pipe, a U-shaped pipe, a second L-shaped bent pipe, a one-way valve, a slurry outlet and a slurry pump; the slurry inlet is in threaded connection with the bottom of the stirring barrel; one end of the first L-shaped bent pipe is connected with the slurry inlet; the other end of the first L-shaped bent pipe is in threaded connection with one end of the U-shaped pipe; the filter element is installed on the side, close to the slurry inlet, of the first L-shaped bent pipe; the other end of the U-shaped pipe is connected with one end of the second L-shaped bent pipe; the other end of the second L-shaped bent pipe is connected with the slurry pump through the slurry outlet; and the one-way valve is installed on the side, close to the slurry outlet, of the second L-shaped bent pipe. A siphoning effect is generated among the first L-shaped bent pipe, the U-shaped bent pipe and the second L-shaped bent pipe, and residual slurry in the second L-shaped bent pipe is sucked back to the side of the first L-shaped bent pipe until the liquid level in the first L-shaped bent pipe is flush with the liquid level in the stirring barrel. The problem that the slurry pump is blocked due to hardening of residual cement slurry at the slurry inlet of the slurry pump is effectively solved.
本发明涉及一种浆液虹吸装置及使用方法，所述装置由搅拌桶、进浆口、滤芯、L型弯管一、U型管、L型弯管二、单向阀、出浆口、浆泵组成，所述进浆口与搅拌桶底部通过螺纹连接，所述的L型弯管一一端与进浆口连接，另一端与U型管一端通过螺纹连接，所述的滤芯安装在L型弯管一靠近进浆口一侧，所述U型管另一端与L型弯管二一端连接，L型弯管二另一端通过出浆口与浆泵连接，所述单向阀安装在L型弯管二靠近出浆口一侧，所述装置在浆泵停止工作时，L型弯管一、U型弯管与L型弯管二之间产生虹吸作用，将L型弯管二里残留的浆液回吸到L型弯管一这边，直至L型弯管一内液面与搅拌桶内液面齐平。本发明有效解决了浆泵浆液入口处水泥浆残留硬化导致浆泵堵塞的问题。
