Segmented pre-assembly construction method for cylindrical fragmented heating furnace
The invention particularly relates to a segmented pre-assembly construction method for a cylindrical fragmented heating furnace. The segmented pre-assembly construction method comprises the following steps of (1) manufacturing wallboard components; (2) splicing side wallboards of a lower-layer radiation section; (3) splicing a bottom plate; (4) installing a middle formwork; (5) drilling top connecting bolt holes of the side wallboards in a sleeving mode; (6) numbering and marking the components, and removing the components; (7) performing pre-assembly inspection; (8) removing the middle formwork; (9) installing the middle formwork, and segmenting; (10) pre-assembling wallboards of an upper-layer radiation section; (11) pre-assembling a top plate; (12) drilling top bolt holes of the upper-layer side wallboards in a sleeving mode; (13) fixing the middle formwork in a fragmented mode; and (14) drilling bottom bolt holes of the upper-layer side wallboards in a sleeving mode. The segmented pre-assembly construction method aims to guarantee the pre-assembly bolt punching rate and reduce the high-altitude operation when a large-scale double-layer heating furnace is pre-assembled and the overall pre-assembly cannot be performed in a workshop, and the high-altitude operation construction risk can be reduced while the pre-assembly precision is guaranteed.
