The invention discloses food production sewage filtering and discharging equipment structurally comprising bottom feet, a control box, a transmission box, a top plate, a filtering box and a placing door; the upper ends of the bottom feet are welded and connected to the lower end of the filtering box, the rear end of the control box is fixedly connected to the front end of the filtering box in an embedded mode, the lower end of the transmission box is connected to the upper end of the top plate through studs, and the lower end of the top plate is connected to the upper end of the filtering box through bolts; and the rear end of the placing door is riveted and connected to the front end of the filtering box. The equipment is powered on, sewage for cleaning fresh shrimps enters the filtering box, the sewage carries sandy soil to enter a collecting device, a guide block drives a collecting block to rotate, and the sandy soil covers the rear ends of a top strip and an arc block under the centrifugal force of rotation; and the sandy soil enters a guide groove under the guiding of an abutting plate to cover an arc plate and an arc groove, so that the sandy soil is prevented from covering the outer side of a filter plate, part of the sandy soil on the outer side of the filter plate falls into the collecting box along with the gravity center when the filter plate is turned over, and the space capacity in the collecting box is gradually reduced.
