Manufacturing process of UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) outer wall decorative board
The invention provides a manufacturing process of a UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) outer wall decorative board. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps that firstly, a gypsum female mold is manufactured, and a surface texture is manually chiseled on the surface of the gypsum female mold; secondly, a silica gel mold is duplicated through the gypsum female mold; thirdly, a pouring mold formed by combining a glass fiber reinforced plastic bottom mold and the silica gel mold is manufactured; fourthly, a UHPC pouring material is stirred; fifthly, the UHPC pouring material is poured to form the UHPC board; sixthly, a back-attached steel frame and an embedded part are placed and positioned; seventhly, standing and curing are carried out; and eighthly, hoisting and demolding are conducted. The UHPC external wall board is connected with a main body structure through the back-attached steel frame, the load is transmitted to a building main body structure through the back-attached steel frame, the stress of the wall board is small, in addition, UHPC with good mechanical properties and durability is selected as the wall board pouring material, the light and thin wall board can be manufactured, materials are saved, the self weight is reduced, and therefore, the production cost and the installation cost are saved.
本发明提供一种UHPC外墙装饰板的制作工艺，包括以下步骤：步骤一、制作石膏母模，人工在石膏母模的表面凿出表面肌理；步骤二、通过石膏母模翻制出硅胶模具；步骤三、制作玻璃钢底模与硅胶模具组合形成的浇筑模具；步骤四、搅拌UHPC混凝土浇筑材料；步骤五、浇筑UHPC混凝土浇筑材料形成UHPC板；步骤六、背附钢架及预埋件放置定位；步骤七、静置养护；步骤八、起吊脱模。本发明UHPC外墙板通过背附钢架与主体结构连接，通过背附钢架把荷载传递给建筑主体结构，墙板受力小，另外墙板浇筑材料选用具有良好力学性能和耐久性能的超高性能混凝土，可制作轻薄的墙板，节约材料、降低自重，从而节约生产成本和安装造价。
