The invention discloses a sintering process of an inorganic solid waste internal combustion sintered building material product . The sintering process comprises the following steps: (1) inorganic solid waste internal combustion sintering green bricks are prefabricated; (2) the green bricks are automatically grouped and stacked into a kiln car through an automatic setting machine according to the principle that the green bricks on the outer side are dense and the green bricks on the inner side are sparse; (3) the kiln car automatically and continuously enters a drying kiln at the running speed of 0.1-0.15 m/min, and after drying is conducted at the temperature of 100-150 DEG C, green bricks with the water content smaller than 1% are obtained; and (4) the kiln car driving out of the drying kiln automatically and continuously enters a firing kiln for firing at the running speed of 0.1-0.15 m/min, the temperature is increased to 1080 DEG C from 150 DEG C, then heat preservation is conducted for a period of time, cooling is conducted through a slow cooling section and a rapid cooling section, and the inorganic solid waste internal combustion sintered building material product is obtained after the product is taken out of the kiln. According to the sintering process, inorganic solid waste can be fully recycled, various formula elements of the raw material can be fully subjected to physical and chemical reaction, and the qualified rate of the building material product formed by sintering is up to 98% or above.
