The invention discloses a municipal snow shoveling device which comprises a device body, an annular-column-shaped snow melting agent cavity, an annular-column-shaped transfer cavity, a door-shaped movable cavity and a cylindrical snow melting cavity are sequentially formed in the device body from top to bottom, and a stepped rotating cavity communicating with the movable cavity is formed in the inner side of the snow melting agent cavity and the inner side of the transfer cavity; the rotating cavity is composed of two cylindrical cavities which are communicated up and down, the inner diameter of the upper portion of the rotating cavity is larger than that of the lower portion of the rotating cavity, and a plurality of runners communicated with the snow melting cavity are evenly formed in the inner bottom face of the transfer cavity. The snow shoveling device has the advantages that on the basis that a single driving source is arranged, a screw rod continuously lifts accumulated snow into a snow melting cavity, a snow melting agent in a snow melting agent cavity is transferred to a transfer cavity through a communicating groove, an upper communicating hole and a lower communicating hole and is transferred into the snow melting cavity through the transfer cavity, two rotating plates are synchronously driven to downwards extrude the accumulated snow in the snow melting cavity, and the snow melting efficiency is further improved.
