The invention relates to the technical field of fire hydrants, in particular to an anti-collision outdoor overground fire hydrant. The anti-collision outdoor overground fire hydrant comprises an overground hydrant body, an underground hydrant body, a sealing piece and a spring; a partition plate is arranged in the underground hydrant body; a water inlet is formed in the partition plate; the sealing piece comprises an upper plate body, a supporting column and a valve clack; the sealing piece is arranged in the underground hydrant body, and the upper plate body is located above the partition plate; the valve clack is located below the partition plate; the upper end and the lower end of the spring abut against the upper plate body and the partition plate respectively, and the valve clack can move upwards till the water inlet is closed; a spinning rod is arranged in the overground hydrant body; the lower end of the spinning rod abuts against the sealing piece, and the sealing piece is pressed downwards through descending of the spinning rod so that the water inlet can be opened; and the overground hydrant body is separated from the underground hydrant body after being impacted, the spinning rod is only in contact with the sealing piece, so that the sealing piece cannot be influenced, and the sealing piece can keep a state of sealing the water inlet.
