The method comprises the following steps that when a smoke exhaust air duct main body structure is constructed, the size of a smoke exhaust air duct reserved hole is equivalent to the inner diameter of a smoke exhaust air duct, and cubic concrete support tables with the thickness of the smoke exhaust air duct are poured upwards on two sides of a wall body; the height of the smoke exhaust air duct is shortened during processing, and the size of the shortened height is consistent with the size of the cubic concrete supporting tables; and during installation, the smoke exhaust air duct is vertically installed in the reserved hole, the top of the smoke exhaust air duct is tightly combined with the upper floor, the bottom of the smoke exhaust air duct is tightly combined with the cubic concrete supporting tables which is poured upwards, the two sides, away from the wall body, of the smoke exhaust air duct are tightly filled with prefabricated small concrete blocks, and construction is completed. The method is simple in principle and easy to operate, the construction cost can be effectively reduced, and the construction quality is improved.
