The invention discloses a high-wind-resistance and falling-resistance iron tower with dampers. The high-wind-resistance and falling-resistance iron tower comprises a base, a tower body, a cross arm, a main body, an anti-shaking device and a balancing device; the anti-shaking device comprises a frame, a louver board, a sealing cavity, a sealing rack, a U-shaped groove, a rotating disc, dampers, a connecting rope and a moving mechanism. Under the condition that the wind speed is not high, swinging of the tower body is reduced through swinging of the dampers, and meanwhile the louver board can be opened and closed; on one hand, the tower body cannot generate resonance under the condition that the wind speed is low, and shaking is reduced; on the other hand, the influence of wind on the tower body can be reduced; and when the wind speed is high, shaking of the tower body is reduced through the moving mechanism, meanwhile, the cross arm is kept horizontal under the action of the balancing device, and toppling of the tower body is prevented.
