The adjustable sunshade device for the outer window and the curtain wall comprises glass, a window frame, a monitoring mechanism and a sunshade mechanism, wherein the glass is fixed on the window frame; the monitoring mechanism comprises an illuminance sensor, a temperature and humidity sensor, a black globe temperature sensor and a central processing unit, wherein the illuminance sensor, the temperature and humidity sensor and the black globe temperature sensor are all connected with the central processing unit; the sunshade mechanism comprises an electric rotating shaft, a roller shutter box, a rolling film, guide rails and a sealing opening, wherein the electric rotating shaft is installed in the roller shutter box, the two sides of the rolling film are connected with the corresponding guide rails, the upper end of the rolling film is connected with the electric rotating shaft, the lower end of the rolling film is connected with one end of the sealing opening, the other end of the sealing opening is connected with the glass, and an air interlayer is formed between the unwound rolling film and the glass. According to the device and method, the adjustable requirements for heat insulation, sun shading and lighting performance of a whole window in winter and summer can be met, the indoor thermal comfort and lighting effect of a building are guaranteed, and the intelligent degree is high.
