The dust removal device comprises a supporting table; a dust filtering and water sprinkling mechanism, wherein the dust filtering and water sprinkling mechanism comprises a water sprinkling assembly used for water sprinkling and dust falling, an angle adjusting assembly used for adjusting a water sprinkling angle and a detachable dust filtering assembly used for filtering airflow dust, the water sprinkling assembly is installed on one side of the supporting table, the angle adjusting assembly is installed between the supporting table and the water sprinkling assembly, and the detachable dust filtering assembly is installed at one end of the water sprinkling assembly; a dust sweeping mechanism, which is mounted on one side of the supporting table; and a pushing mechanism, which is mounted on the supporting table. According to the dust removal device, the dust filtering and water sprinkling mechanism, the dust sweeping mechanism and the pushing mechanism are arranged, so dust in air can be sprinkled and fall, then the dust falling on the ground is swept up, and the dust is adhered and filtered through the detachable dust filtering assembly of the dust filtering and water sprinkling mechanism; and thus, the dust can be thoroughly removed.
