Method for preparing building gypsum powder from ardealite
The invention discloses a method for preparing building gypsum powder from ardealite, which comprises the following steps: mixing ardealite and production waste heat water under a stirring condition, conducting pulping, conducting standing, and removing oil-containing impurities on the surface layer of pulp; and feeding the residual slurry into a multi-stage cyclone separation device for cyclone washing, removing dissolved sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, heavy metal and the like, collecting final bottom slag for centrifugal dewatering, obtaining ardealite (the water content is within 12%), then conducting drying and calcining to prepare building gypsum powder. The method can effectively solve the problems of high calcination temperature, high energy consumption and unstable product property in the existing method.
