The invention discloses a reactive powder concrete using bulk coal-mining industry solid waste. The reactive powder concrete is prepared by replacing silica fume, fly ash and part of cement with coal-mining industry solid waste treatment materials on the basis of recycling bulk coal-mining industry solid waste, thereby realizing the effects of large-scale absorption and high-valued utilization of solid waste, and reaching the purposes of reducing cost, reducing sand, and realizing energy conservation and emission reduction. In addition, the invention further provides a preparation method of the reactive powder concrete by using bulk coal mine industry solid waste. The method is simple in preparation process, low in cost, wide in material source and capable of absorbing a large amount of solid waste; the highest compressive strength of the obtained concrete can reach 120 MPa, and the highest flexural strength can reach 30 MPa; and the reactive powder concrete has wide application in the fields of civil engineering building materials and decorative materials.
