The cast-in-place section construction method comprises the steps that a bracket stress system is constructed on one side of a transition pier; a sand bucket unloading device is mounted on the surface of the bracket stress system; a first supporting system is installed on the surface of the sand bucket unloading device, and a second supporting system is installed on the upper surface of a cover beam; a side span cast-in-place section formwork system is installed through the first supporting system and the second supporting system; and side span cast-in-place section concrete is poured based on the side span cast-in-place section formwork system. According to the side span closure section construction method, the closure section suspension system and the closure section stiff framework are added while the bracket stress system is utilized, so that the closure section formwork system is supported, and closure section concrete is poured.
