The invention discloses a fireproof plugging partition wall mounting system and a construction method. The method comprises the following steps of (1) setting out a position of an n-shaped steel frame on a ring beam, and installing the n-shaped steel frame; (2) installing a bottom steel keel above the n-shaped steel frame, installing vertical supporting keels between the bottom steel keel and a lower suspension rod, installing a transverse steel keel between the two vertical supporting keels, and fixing vertical steel keels between the bottom steel keel and the transverse steel keel; (3) assembling vertical light steel keels and horizontal light steel keels so as to form a light steel keel frame, filling rock wool, fully sealing one side of the light steel keel frame with FC plates, sealing a half of the other side of the light steel keel frame with FC plates, hoisting a partition wall unit, installing and fixing the light steel keel frame in a supporting steel frame, sleeving an FC plate on the outer side of the supporting steel frame, and fully sealing the half-closed FC plate side of the partition wall unit after installation is completed; and (4) sealing and fixing a double-layer FC plate on the outer side of a supporting base. The fireproof plugging partition wall mounting system has the advantages of convenience in installation, good sealing performance and high stability.
