The invention belongs to the technical field of building external wall heat preservation, and discloses a building external wall heat preservation material, a heat preservation and decoration integrated plate and a one-time pouring forming method. The heat preservation material is mainly composed of, in parts by mass, 130-170 parts of inorganic glue, 1-5 parts of hydrophobic fumed silica, 65-95 parts of perlite foaming particles, 8-12 parts of graphite polyphenyl foaming particles, 5-9 parts of sulphoaluminate cement powder, 5-9 parts of magnesite powder, 1-4 parts of a foaming agent and 1-5 parts of a waterproof agent. The inorganic glue is added into the heat insulation material, so that the heat insulation material can be effectively bonded; the heat insulation material can be well bonded with a decorative plate after being poured into the decorative plate, so that secondary compounding by using non-environment-friendly organic glue is not needed; and the heat insulation material can be formed through one-time pouring.
