Modularized automatic wall building system for light composite wallboards
The invention discloses a modularized automatic wall building system for light composite wallboards. The system comprises a marshalling correction mold table device and a wall building perpendicularity correction device; a group of support columns are mounted on the right side of the marshalling correction mold table device; the wall building perpendicularity correction device comprises two lifting support column assemblies; lifting correction mechanisms are mounted on the lifting support column assemblies; a wallboard part transposition transferring device is mounted above the lifting support column assemblies and the support columns and comprises a top cross beam and a transposition wall building mechanism; the transposition wall building mechanism is movably mounted on two transposition moving rails; and an automatic guniting device is mounted on the left side of the wall building perpendicularity correction device. According to the invention, the flow design is reasonable; wallboard parts are arranged in order firstly, and then the wallboard parts are grabbed to a ferry vehicle to be piled one by one; the perpendicularity correction function is assisted in the one-by-one piling process to meet the production requirements for quality guarantee and rapid piling of the wallboards; and the system has the advantages of being high in automation degree, low in labor consumption, high in production efficiency and low in cost.
