The invention relates to a rail road and a steel wheel vehicle in the field of traffic transportation. The rail road is also called a side ridge road, and the upper surface of the right rail of the rail road is flat; the steel wheel motor vehicle is also called a side ridge vehicle, and the tread of the rim of the steel wheel on the right side of the steel wheel motor vehicle is also flat.
