The invention discloses a wooden plywood and a preparation method thereof, and particularly relates to the field of wooden plywood manufacturing. The wooden plywood comprises crushed wood, a weight regulator, bamboo strips, silicon dioxide, an adhesive, fibers, essence and hollow pipes. The method comprises the following steps: crushing wood; and uniformly mixing wood powder, a weight regulator and silicon dioxide to obtain mixed powder, adding an adhesive into the mixed powder, pouring into a mold, adding a bamboo strip skeleton into the mold, shaping, demolding, and polishing with a resin adhesive to obtain the required wooden plywood. The wood plywood prepared by the invention is sun-proof, water-proof, good in anisotropy, free from curling, free from bursting, acid-base-resistant, free from insect breeding of wood, high in wear resistance and force resistance and free from deformation under external force; and the wood plywood prepared by the invention adopts crushed wood, can be recycled and reused, is environment-friendly, is low in cost and is beneficial to mass production.
