The embodiment of the invention discloses a sound cavity preparation method based on polycrystalline zirconium gemstone. A specific embodiment of the method comprises the following steps: generating polycrystalline zirconium gemstone particles based on a polycrystalline zirconium gemstone material and a binder; preparing the polycrystalline zirconium gemstone particles into a polycrystalline zirconium gemstonesound cavity blank through an injection molding machine; carrying out dewaxing treatment on the polycrystalline zirconium gemstone sound cavity blank to obtain a dewaxed polycrystalline zirconium gemstone sound cavity blank; and sintering the dewaxed polycrystalline zirconium gemstone sound cavity blank to obtain the polycrystalline zirconium gemstone sound cavity. According to the embodiment, the density of the sound cavity is improved, the loss of sound transmission is reduced, and the noise suppression effect is improved.
