Infrared monitoring barrier gate rod anti-collision alarm system
The invention relates to an infrared monitoring barrier gate rod anti-collision alarm system which comprises a barrier gate, a rod monitoring module, a control system and an alarm module, wherein the barrier gate comprises a host and a gate rod, and the rod monitoring module comprises a reflective infrared sensor arranged at one end of the gate rod and a reflector arranged at the other end of the gate rod. The reflective infrared sensor comprises an infrared light source and a receiving circuit, the mirror surface of the reflector directly faces the infrared light source and the receiving circuit of the reflective infrared sensor, and no obstacle exists between the reflector and the infrared light source and between the reflector and the receiving circuit; the reflective infrared sensor is in communication connection with the control system, and when the reflective infrared sensor cannot receive reflected light of the infrared light source, the control system controls the alarm module to give an alarm to a worker. Bending and breakage damage of the gate rod can be recognized, an alarm can be given to a worker in time, the function is practical, response is sensitive, the structure is simple, installation is convenient and fast, and cost is low.
