The waterproof slope protection isolation pad comprises an asphalt waterproof layer, a high-elasticity rubber layer, a first waterproof plastic film, a silica gel filling layer, a second waterproof plastic layer, a plastic net, a linoleum base cloth layer and an insect-proof layer which are sequentially stacked from top to bottom. The asphalt waterproof layer, the high-elastic rubber layer, the first waterproof plastic film, the silica gel filling layer, the second waterproof plastic layer, the plastic net, the linoleum base cloth layer and the insect-proof layer are sequentially connected through glue; an iron gauze is arranged in the silica gel filling layer; and lime is arranged in the insect-proof layer. The waterproof slope protection isolation pad is high in overall waterproof performance, capable of relieving the water leakage phenomenon, firm in structure, not prone to being torn or abraded and long in service life, so that the slope protection capacity is high, the insect prevention capacity is achieved, worm damage can be avoided, and the situation that the service life is affected due to the worm damage problem is avoided.
