The invention relates to the field of pile foundation construction, in particular to a hole bottom vacuum cleaning device after pile foundation construction. The hole bottom vacuum cleaning device comprises a guide pipe arranged in a pile foundation hole; the side wall, which is close to the bottom end, of the guide pipe communicates with an inclined pipe obliquely arranged downwards; the bottom end of the guide pipe is arranged in hole bottom sediment; a gap is reserved between the bottom end of the guide pipe and the bottom end of the pile foundation hole; an elbow is arranged at the upper end of the guide pipe; an air pressure air pipe is hermetically mounted on the outer wall of the inclined pipe; and the other end of the air pressure air pipe is hermetically connected with the air outlet of an air compressor. When the hole bottom vacuum cleaning device is used, the air compressor is started to pressurize compressed air into the guide pipe, the sediment is brought out of the pile foundation through the upward compressed air, an air negative pressure principle is utilized, the sediment of which the diameter is smaller than that of the guide pipe can be cleaned, a crane needs to continuously change the position and the height of the guide pipe during cleaning to carry out comprehensive cleaning, cleaning working efficiency is improved, and working time is shortened.
