Vibroflotation compaction method for pipeline backfill construction
The invention discloses a vibroflotation compaction method for pipeline backfill construction. The vibroflotation compaction method comprises the steps that 1, a test plot is selected, a construction site is cleaned and leveled, point locations are measured and placed through a GPS, the point locations are arranged in a regular triangle mode, and the distance between every two point locations is 2m or 1.5m; 2, a vibroflotation device is installed on a crane and aligned with vibroflotation points; 3, the crane and the vibroflotation device are started, the vibroflotation device sinks rapidly, and the pore forming speed is controlled to range from 2m/min to 2.5m/min; 4, when the vibroflotation device sinks to the preset compaction depth, the water injection amount is reduced to the minimum, vibration is reserved for 10-20s at the depth, and then the vibroflotation device is lifted at a constant speed; 5, the vibroflotation device is lifted at the speed of 1.5-2m/min, and vibration is reserved for 10-20s every time the vibroflotation device is lifted by 0.5m; and 6, after construction of the current point location is completed, shutdown, water shut-off and machine moving positioning operation is conducted, and the steps 2-5 are repeated on another vibroflotation point for construction till construction of the whole test plot is completed. According to the vibroflotation compaction method, after vibroflotation parameters are determined through tests, construction is conducted comprehensively, and the construction quality is guaranteed.
