The invention relates to a waterproof structure at an outlet branch pipe position of a comprehensive pipe gallery and a waterproof construction method. The waterproof structure comprises a threading pipe pre-buried between the comprehensive pipe gallery and an inspection well, and the two ends of the threading pipe are located in the comprehensive pipe gallery and the inspection well correspondingly; an elastic rubber plug is arranged at the end, located in the inspection well, of the threading pipe, and the elastic rubber plug is of a conical cylindrical structure; and a water receiving tank is arranged below the end, located in the comprehensive pipe gallery, of the threading pipe, a water conveying pipe is arranged at the bottom of the water receiving tank, and the lower end of the water conveying pipe is led into a drainage ditch. The waterproof structure is simple to manufacture, convenient to install, low in construction cost and good in waterproof effect.
