The invention relates to a subway station construction method, a foundation pit excavation method and a foundation pit. The subway station construction method comprises the following steps that (1), a subway station is divided into a plurality of rectangular subunits in the length direction of the subway station; (2), tunneling construction is carried out on each subunit by adopting a vertical shaft tunneling machine, concrete side walls and temporary side walls are constructed in the tunneling process, and an inner support is constructed between the two concrete side walls and/or an inner support is constructed between the concrete side walls and the temporary side walls; (3), when the concrete side wall is constructed to a set height, a temporary retaining wall is constructed at the top of the concrete side walls; (4), tunneling is continuously carried out to the set depth of the foundation pit, tunneling is stopped, and the vertical shaft tunneling machine is withdrew from the foundation pit; (5), a concrete bottom plate, a concrete middle plate and a concrete top plate are sequentially constructed from bottom to top, and the inner supports are sequentially dismantled from bottom to top; and (6), the temporary retaining wall, the temporary side wall and the remaining inner support are dismantled, and the ground is restored.
