The invention relates to a vertical shaft brick laying device. The problems of low efficiency and poor precision in the vertical shaft brick laying process are effectively solved. According to the technical scheme, the vertical shaft brick laying device comprises two arc-shaped plates, wherein the two ends of the two arc-shaped plates are hinged to each other; a plurality of radial supporting rods are uniformly distributed in each arc-shaped plate; the lengths of the supporting rods on the two sides are gradually reduced; first electric cylinders are hinged to the inner ends of the rest of the supporting rods except the supporting rods at the arc top positions; the sum of the lengths of all the first electric cylinders and the supporting rods is equal; a second electric cylinder is fixed to the outer side of each supporting rod; ropes are fixed to the second electric cylinders; the free ends of the ropes penetrate through the arc-shaped plates and are fixed to cylinder bodies of the corresponding first electric cylinders; the ropes contract to drive the first electric cylinders to rotate to be parallel to each other; and a clamping device is fixed to the extending end of each first electric cylinder. The vertical shaft brick laying device further comprises a bottom plate, a plurality of stock bins which are in one-to-one correspondence with the multiple first electric cylinders on one arc-shaped plate are arranged on the bottom plate, and the height of the stock bins is matched with the height of the first electric cylinders which rotate to be parallel to each other.
