Automatic monitoring method for layered settlement of vacuum preloading foundation
The invention discloses an automatic monitoring method for layered settlement of a vacuum preloading foundation. The automatic monitoring method comprises the following steps that (1) the length and the width of a mounting base plate are determined; (2) a plurality of monitoring point positions are determined; (3) the burying depth and interval of each sensing unit in the monitoring point position are determined, and the assembly of the sensing units is completed; (4) a wiring ring is placed in a sliding cylinder, and the length of a pull rope is adjusted to complete the assembly of measuring units; (5) a mounting substrate is driven to a designed depth in a mode of being vertical to the ground; (6) each measuring unit is electrically connected with a signal transmitting unit and is fixed to the mounting substrate; and (7) a signal sending device collects electric signals output by an encoder and sends the electric signals to a signal collection terminal for processing and generating the settlement volume of each soil layer. Settlement of the soil layer drives the wiring ring to move downwards in the sliding cylinder, the pull rope is driven to generate displacement, linear displacement is converted into the electric signal through the encoder, then the electric signal is processed to generate the soil layer settlement amount, real-time monitoring is achieved, and continuity and real-time performance of monitoring data are guaranteed.
