The invention discloses a novel punched hot galvanized springboard. The springboard comprises a bearing plate and connecting mechanisms, wherein each of the left end and the right end of the bearing plate is provided with one connecting mechanism, the bearing plate and the connecting mechanisms are fixed in a spot welding mode, punching holes are fixedly formed in the surface side of the upper end of the bearing plate, and a transverse plate is fixedly installed at the upper end of the bearing plate; and each of the upper ends of the connecting mechanisms on the two sides is provided with two wire threading holes. According to the springboard, reinforcing ribs are arranged at the bottom end of the bearing plate, the reinforcing ribs and a plate body are fixed in a spot welding mode, and therefore the bearing plate can have better bearing capacity under the supporting of the reinforcing ribs; and a traditional connecting mechanism is changed, a first telescopic column and a second telescopic column are arranged in each connecting mechanism, so that during fixing, through connection with connecting rings, under the gravity effect of the bearing plate and the buffering effect of the first telescopic column and the second telescopic column, no serious abrasion between connecting bolts and the connecting mechanisms can occur, and noise is avoided.
本发明公开了新型冲眼热镀锌跳板,包括承接板与连接机构,所述承接板左右两端各设置有一个连接机构,所述承接板与连接机构点焊固定,所述承接板上端表侧安装固定有冲眼孔,所述承接板上端安装固定有横板,两侧所述连接机构上端各设置有两个穿线孔,本发明中在承接板底端设置有加强筋,而且加强筋与板体点焊固定,这样在加强筋的支撑下,可以使得承接板具有更加良好的承载力,将传统的连接机构进行更改,使得在连接机构内部设置有第一伸缩柱与第二伸缩柱,这样在进行固定时,通过与连接环连接,在承接板受到重力作用下,可以在第一伸缩柱与第二伸缩柱缓冲作用下,不会出现连接螺栓与连接机构出现较大的磨损,避免了噪音的产生。
