The invention discloses a collision tuning viscous mass damping device, and relates to the field of dampers. The collision tuning viscous mass damping device comprises a damper box body, a mass ball arranged in the damper box body, at least three connecting cables, at least three springs and damping device bodies in one-to-one correspondence with the springs, wherein the at least three connecting cables are arranged in the circumferential direction of the mass ball at intervals, the two ends of the at least three connecting cables are connected to the top of the damper box body and the mass ball correspondingly, the springs and the damping devices are alternately arranged in the circumferential direction of the mass ball, the two ends of each spring are connected to the mass ball and the side wall of the damper box body correspondingly, each damping device body comprises an arc-shaped baffle concentric with the mass ball and a viscous inerter damper, the two ends of each viscous inerter damper are connected to the baffle and the side wall of the damper box body correspondingly, and the baffles are configured to be capable of moving in the direction close to or away from the mass ball. The collision tuning viscous mass damping device provided by the embodiment of the invention combines the advantages of an inerter and a tuned mass damper, and effectively improves the damping coefficient and vibration reduction capability of the tuned mass damper.
